I’m Puleng Maitin, a specialist wellness counsellor passionate about helping people feel less stuck and more like themselves again. Over the years, I’ve seen how easy it is to carry things silently. Whether it’s emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or simply feeling lost. My work is centred around creating a space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through, while gently finding your way forward.
